IMPORTANT NOTICE:
By accessing, browsing, or using MalaysiaOutsource.com (the “Platform”), all Users and Service Providers are deemed to have read, understood, agreed to, and accepted all Terms & Conditions stated on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop accessing or using the Platform and refrain from viewing any information or content provided herein.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to MalaysiaOutsource.com.
• “Service Provider” refers to any individual or entity submitting business information, materials, or listings to the Platform.
• “User” / “Visitor” refers to anyone browsing or accessing the Platform.
• “Listing Materials” refers to all information, descriptions, photos, pricing, documents, and media submitted by the Service Provider.

2. Nature of Service

The Platform is an online business directory and promotional listing service, allowing Service Providers to publish business information and enabling Users to discover and contact them.

The Platform does NOT act as an agent, broker, representative, or guarantor, and is not involved in any transaction, agreement, or payment between Users and Service Providers.

The Platform does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legitimacy of any Service Provider or listing.

3. Service Provider Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, lawful, and up-to-date information.
• Ensure all Listing Materials are truthful, non-misleading, and compliant with Malaysian laws.
• Not submit illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or unauthorized content.
• Not engage in scam activities, abusive behavior, or harm toward Users or the Platform.
• Not attempt unauthorized access, interference, or manipulation of the Platform.

4. Listings, Verification & Content

All listings displayed on the Platform are based entirely on materials provided by the Service Provider. The Platform administrator may assist in organizing or uploading these materials, but does not independently verify their accuracy or authenticity.

4.1 24-Hour Review & Correction Requirement

Once the listing is uploaded, the Service Provider must review the published content immediately.

Any errors or corrections must be submitted within 24 hours via:

4.2 Confirmation by Silence

If no correction request is received within 24 hours, the listing is deemed accurate, approved, and confirmed by the Service Provider.

4.3 Liability for Submitted Materials

The Service Provider bears full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and originality of all Listing Materials submitted.

DIY BUSINESS SYSTEM is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from incorrect, misleading, outdated, or unlawful content provided by the Service Provider.

5. Payments & Fees

If the Platform offers paid listing or promotional services, payments must be made strictly to:

The Platform does not accept cash payments, transfers to personal accounts, or payments to third parties. Any such payments are at the sender’s own risk and not considered valid.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform (design, logo, branding, layout, system) belong to DIY BUSINESS SYSTEM or its licensors.

Service Providers retain ownership of submitted content. By submitting materials, they grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, display, reproduce, and distribute such materials to operate and promote the Platform.

7. Platform Use by Users / Visitors

• The Platform does not verify Service Provider identity or legitimacy.
• Users must exercise their own caution and due diligence.
• Any communication or engagement is strictly between the User and the Service Provider.

The Platform is not responsible for fraud, disputes, service quality, payment issues, or contractual disagreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, DIY BUSINESS SYSTEM shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, opportunities, or data;
• Misleading or inaccurate listings;
• Fraudulent or illegal activities by Service Providers or Users;
• Unauthorized access or data breaches;
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform;
• Any disputes between Service Providers and Users.

9. Indemnification

Service Providers and Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DIY BUSINESS SYSTEM against any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from:

• Breaches of these Terms,
• Submission of illegal or inaccurate content,
• Misuse of the Platform,
• Disputes with third parties.

10. Suspension & Termination

DIY BUSINESS SYSTEM reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings, or restrict access if a Service Provider violates these Terms or is suspected of illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

11. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
